Selection of package type, quantity and size -> package design -> payment -> design validation & confirmation -> production -> shipping
Is Packative packaging eco-friendly?
We use FSC certified papers so make sure we do not harm our forest! Together with our manufacturing partners we make sure they constantly improve their processes so we can make a positive impact to the environment.
Are there any costs for the packaging design? Is the editor really free to use?
Don't worry. Our editor is 100% free and you only pay for the production cost of your custom boxes. Also feel free to use our huge database of design elements, which we offer free of charge.
What is the difference between standard sizes and custom sizes?
Standard sizes are Packative products that no development cost is needed. If you cannot find suitable sizes, you can always use our custom size feature!
Where is my box manufactured?
All of Packative's products are produced and delivered within South Korea! Packative supports the local printing community, and we try to keep everything domestic to up the game.
How long does it take to ship a sample box?
It usually takes 3-5 business days. However, custom samples take 7 days.
